The build story

A full two-sided marketplace — agent publishing, discovery, sandboxed execution, usage metering, and an orchestration layer routing requests across multiple LLM providers without them stepping on each other. The kind of platform teams usually staff ten people for; we architected, designed, and shipped it lean, end-to-end. That's all we can say — and honestly, the silence is the best part of the review.

The build story

Our own product — and our proof of craft. Papers are parsed, chunked, and embedded into a vector database; entities and claims are lifted into a Neo4j knowledge graph; every answer is retrieval-grounded and cited back to the exact passage. Ingestion pipeline, graph construction, RAG layer, and the interface you see here — all built in-house. When we say "production AI," this is what we mean.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

We agree your MVP scope, launch criteria, and kickoff date before the build. If we don't get that agreed MVP live within 30 days of kickoff, you don't pay for the build. The commitment is included in your written project agreement.

Can my idea fit into 30 days?

We focus on the first version your users can get value from. If your idea is larger, we help identify the core journey and set aside later features before we commit to the build.

Do you only build AI products?

No. We build web apps, SaaS products, and tools with or without AI. Agents, search, or other AI features become part of your MVP when they help solve the customer problem.

Who will I work with?

You work directly with the Windrose team handling product design, development, and launch. We stay involved from the first conversation through handover.

Who owns the product and code?

You do. Your repositories, accounts, code, and project IP stay with you, with a clear handover when your MVP launches.

What if I am not technical?

That is fine. Tell us who the product is for and what you want them to be able to do. We turn that into a practical scope and guide you through each decision.

Can we sign an NDA first?

Yes. We can sign an NDA before you share sensitive details. Please keep passwords, API keys, and private customer data out of the enquiry form.
