AI App
Rescue

Your product already exists. It is just stuck between an impressive demo and something customers can trust. We find the real production blocker, define the boundary, and fix it fast.

/01 — What we rescue

From stuck demo to dependable product.

AI-assisted builders are excellent at getting to version one. Production exposes the seams: permissions, billing, data integrity, deployment, observability, and edge cases. We repair the system you have before suggesting a rebuild.

[ 01 ]

Authentication + access

Broken sessions, role boundaries, tenant isolation, onboarding, invitations, and permissions that do not match the product.

[ 02 ]

Payments + billing

Stripe checkout, webhooks, subscriptions, entitlements, failed payments, and the state changes around them.

[ 03 ]

Database architecture

Schema mistakes, unsafe access rules, migrations, data integrity, slow queries, and Supabase configuration.

[ 04 ]

Deployments

Build failures, environment configuration, domains, previews, production errors, and repeatable release workflows.

[ 05 ]

AI integrations

Prompt failures, unreliable tool use, missing fallbacks, runaway cost, poor observability, and model-provider issues.

[ 06 ]

Security + performance

Exposed secrets, insecure endpoints, permission leaks, slow pages, large bundles, and unstable production behavior.

/02 — The rescue

Evidence first. Then the fix.

The engagement stays deliberately narrow. We verify the failure, isolate the cause, agree on one repair scope, and leave the codebase easier to operate than we found it.

01

Reproduce

Get the app running, reproduce the failure, and collect evidence from the actual production path.

02

Diagnose

Trace the failure to its cause and separate the urgent blocker from unrelated technical debt.

03

Repair

Fix the written scope, add the right checks, and validate the affected user journey end-to-end.

04

Handover

Deliver the working change, explain what moved, and give you a concise next-risk list.

/03 — Clear pricing

A small first step, then a fixed scope.

The diagnostic is useful on its own and credited in full when we perform the repair.

$149
one-time

Blocker analysis, evidence, priorities, and a fixed repair proposal.

$900–$2,500
fixed scope

One defined production blocker repaired and validated in 3–7 days.

Maintenance
$250–$750
per month · optional

/04 — Questions

Before we begin.

The useful constraints are scope, access, risk, and the business outcome—not a long sales process.

Do you only work on apps built with AI tools?

No. The offer is designed for products accelerated with tools such as Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, or Claude Code, but the same rescue process works on a conventional codebase.

Will you insist on rebuilding the app?

No. We preserve what is working. If repair would be riskier or more expensive than replacement, we show the evidence and price both paths before any implementation begins.

What do you need for the diagnostic?

A short problem description, the repository or exported code, relevant deployment access, and a safe way to reproduce the issue. We can sign an NDA first.

Is the result guaranteed in seven days?

The 3–7 day range applies after diagnosis to a defined, accessible repair scope. If external approvals or missing access control the timeline, we say so before the sprint starts.
